Like any other service, between north of Gloversville and south of Malone, about 160 miles, there are no large chains shops. If you're looking for platoons of part changing flunkies in colorful uniforms and shark-like service writers, just like on tv, no dice! In the Adirondacks, the small owner operated repair shops, the heart of the hamlet's or town's mechanical life, thrive.
